With more clubs coming on board each week to use Complete Patrol Logger as their method to maintain member information, we have set up a Problem Reporting Database. This database can be used to report any errors within the program that may be found, or alternately things that you think the program may be doing wrong.
With the large number of clubs using CPL, we will be pushing for this to be the preferred method of reporting problems, as it automatically lets all registered users see outstanding problems and track the progress.
Registered clubs will be able to login via the club login panel on the left-hand side; the login id and password will be e-mail or mailed to clubs that have registered for CPL.
The problem reporting database is easy to use, but if you have any questions please give me a yell.
