Caligular Group Announcement
This is a brief announcement to inform every one of some changes that will be taking place at Caligular Group and its plans for future development and support to both Clubs and States.

Caligular Group Future Plans
Caligular Group has for the past 12 months allocated its resources to developing and implementing Complete Patrol Logger and StateWatch within the majority of States around Australia. With Clubs and States now operating with a product that meets their administration needs, and our development tasks becoming less time consuming, we are turning our attention to future projects and opportunities.

An opportunity that has been closely monitored by us was the ability to travel and work internationally. As of last week (20th April) we have now been granted the opportunity and thus as a result of this we will be moving to California, USA in the last week of May 2002.

Caligular Group Support
One of the benefits of the Would Wide Web is the fact that everyone, regardless of location, is only an e-mail away, and this has been the key to us supporting Clubs who are large distances away from our offices.

Caligular Group will be continuing to maintain both Complete Patrol Logger and StateWatch as it has always done for Clubs/Branches/States that are within paid support periods. As per normal, support is available through updates via the web site, as well as the problem reporting database and of course e-mail support.

While problems that cannot be fixed over the e-mail are rare, they can happen. Thus we are in the process of setting up a local support network so as to ensure that if a difficult situation should arise, a support representative can either resolve the issue by phone or in person.

Ongoing Initiatives
Along with the support that Caligular Group provides, we are still planning new initiatives that will become part of the Surf Program suite in the future. Some of these initiatives being;

Club Member Transfer Module	Allows members to transfer seamlessly from one club to another, regardless of Club/Branch/State the winning Club, is situated.
Competition Module	Enhancement and extension of current Competition functionality to include entries from Clubs, Result Entry, and Points Scoring.
Exam Request Module	Enhancements to existing Exam Request Module to include extended reporting.
Competency Based Awards	With the new Competency Based Awards system being put into place, Complete Patrol Logger and StateWatch will be geared up to handle the new methodology.
Documentation	Updated and Extended Documentation on both Complete Patrol Logger and StateWatch programs.
Internet Version	The conversion of Complete Patrol Logger and StateWatch into a Web Application.

Caligular Group is committed to ensuring these programs keep abreast of Club and States needs.
