 Caligular Group, has for the first time in four years reviewed its pricing structure for both Complete Patrol Logger and StateWatch. The new pricing shall become effective as at July 1st, 2002. Please read the relating article to find out how these fees affect your Club or State.
This increase in license and support/maintenance is due to the large amount of development that has been done to both programs and thus the extended functionality passed on to the user. With the added complexity of the programs our development and testing has become more time consuming and expensive. To ensure the future of these programs it is required that the fees increase.

| During any paid Maintenance and Support subscription term, if applicable, Caligular Group shall: deliver subsequent releases of the Programs that are not charged for separately; exert reasonable efforts to both |
| (a) provide, within a reasonable time, workarounds for any material programming errors in the current release of the Programs that are directly attributable to Caligular Group, and |
| (b) correct such errors in the next available release, provided Licensee provides Caligular Group with sufficient information to identify the problems. During this same paid Maintenance and Support subscription term, Licensee shall also be entitled to receive technical support by telephone, fax or electronic mail regarding the installation and/or use of the Licensed Programs and their interaction with hardware, operating environments, and other software products. |
| Caligular Group reserves the option to discontinue, in whole or in part, offering Maintenance and Support subscriptions for any Program or platform. |
