| Overview |
| This version of StateWatch performs some internal maintenance to the database. The maintenance performed on the database provides a a confirmation of internal member identification numbers. Complete Patrol Logger and StateWatch will shortly switch to an identification system that will not be club specific and allow members to float from one club to another with greater ease. The loosely coupled identification number will also provide greater integrity in data transfers.

| Once you have Upgraded |
| You will be asked the question whether you administrate all of your clubs within your Branch or State. Note: You will only be asked this question if you are upgrading from a prior database (Version 1.0.x). |
| If you do administrate (i.e. enter information to member details and add members on behalf of your clubs) then you should press 'Yes' to the above question. If you do not administrate all of the club, or provide the service for a few clubs, answer 'No' to the question. StateWatch will then upgrade your database as per normal. |
| When you next logon after installing the update, StateWatch will check to see if some internal maintenance is required. If it is then you will notice the following form appear prompting you to select clubs from a list. |
| Select the clubs from the list in which you perform the maintenance for. This means you as a Branch or State provide a service in entering new members and maintaining member for a club. In other words the club is not running Complete Patrol Logger yet. Once you have select your clubs from the list then click the 'Process' button. StateWatch will then perform the maintenance. Once finished press 'Ok' and StateWatch will proceed as normal. |
